On April 11th 2026, the Serbian-Finnish Association organized a fun and educational workshop for children, dedicated to a beloved family tradition — decorating and coloring eggs together. The event brought children and parents together in a cheerful, relaxed and creative atmosphere.
During the workshop, children had the opportunity to try several different decorating techniques, such as:
- coloring eggs by boiling them in dye,
- decorating with plants and nylon stockings,
- drawing patterns with wax crayons that leave white lines after coloring,
- modern techniques such as adding glitter, stickers and decorative ribbons.
With plenty of imagination and laughter, each child created their own unique designs. The workshop offered a great opportunity to develop creativity, focus and fine motor skills, as well as to encourage cooperation and social interaction.
One of the highlights of the workshop was the playful “egg tapping” game, which always brings extra joy and excitement.
